This 2 BR/1BA house has been completely renovated but maintains the original charm. It has brand new and state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new bathroom, large living room, backyard, fire pit, and tree area. Kitchen and dining areas are welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was completely remodeled with classic cabinet design and is well stocked (coffee, sugar, salt and spices). The bathroom was renovated as well. The first bedroom comes with a comfortable queen size Murphy bed, closet, dresser, desk and chair. The second bedroom has a comfortable new twin bed with the easy pull out trundle and a clothes rack. In a trundle bed, one bed is kept underneath another for space-saving storage – and can be pulled out at any time when extra one sleep space is needed. This listing is a perfect space to host 2 adults with 2 kids or teenagers. The house has central AC/heater in each room. Guest will have access to whole house. The backyard is shared with the guests in second unit of this property (hosting 2 people). This house is located in walking distance from a 235-bus line going to SD Airport. The area has multiple grocery shopping options (Vons, Trader Joe's, Costco). Great ramen place Tanjin is 2 blocks away. The house is located in a densely residential area with people who work normal hours (8 am - 5 pm). Please keep it quiet. There are outdoor security cameras on the property, which are monitoring only entrance doors and windows. If you are not planning to do any illegal activity it shouldn't be a problem. Street parking is free, safe and unlimited. Three parking spaces are available (2 in front of the house and one in the driveway). Guest access Guest will be provided a unique key code that allows access to the front doors (security door and main door) during reservation stay. One white wardrobe in the second bedroom is locked with the owner belongings. Laundry is located in the garage. Laundry soap is provided Other things to note No any kind of pets are allowed.
