Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and exterior property space, with the exception of locked closets and locked exterior "Prairie Home" building. Other things to note An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning. The home is located next to GFL sanitation facility, you may hear or see trucks coming and going during your stay.
