Nice 4-room apartment, fully renovated in 2023, quiet, ideal for families, located on the 2nd floor of a house (owners on the ground floor). Located in the heart of the Aravis, 3 km from Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz and 25 min from Lake Annecy. Many shops, restaurants and shuttles in the center of the village, 5 min drive from the accommodation (15 min walk, steep path, car recommended).
