“Mi Rincón Favorito” - Crashboat Apartments

Enjoy Aguadilla and its nearby towns in this cozy apartment, just a 3-minute drive from beautiful Crash Boat Beach. It has green areas, a swimming pool, and parking. Close to beautiful beaches such as Peña Blanca, Las Ruinas, and Rompe Olas, and to various entertainment venues: bowling alley, ice skating rink, movie theaters, restaurants, and pubs. Several minutes from Don Frappe (Añasco). Fun for the whole family! In a magical setting. The space The apartment is located on a 2nd level and is accessed via concrete staircase. It has a spacious room, sleeps 4. Wardrobe, TV, A/C, chest of drawers, nightstand, desk, WIFI, and private balcony. In addition, it has a kitchen with utensils, a microwave, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, etc. Living room with futon, TV, fan, common balcony and of course, a large bathroom with entrance from the main hallway and from the room. Green areas, swimming pool with half bathroom. Everything you need to make your stay a peaceful and pleasant one. You just have to arrive with your clothes and that's it. Guest access The main entrance is right next to the parking lot. Access the keys through a lockbox. We do not have access for people who use wheelchairs, as it is located on a second level and the complex does not have an elevator. We apologize for not having access for the disabled. Other things to note Important: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. 1. Keep the main door always locked. 2. Never access the gate that leads to the roof. No climbing on the roof. 4. No pets allowed. 5. No noise that disturbs the neighbors' peace. 6. Parking in any parking lot other than 505 is prohibited. 7. No hanging clothes on common railings. 8. No smoking, vaping or inhaling inside of the apartment by orders of the Fire Department.
