Cozy tropical countryside studio with peaceful nature vibes. The studio is part of our home but fully private, with its own attached bathroom. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, and nature lovers. Enjoy mountain views right from your window and sleep to the sounds of nature. After savoring the vibrant local cuisine and exploring nearby beaches, rivers, or taking the Ceiba ferry to Culebra and Vieques, unwind in your private pool and hot tub overlooking the hills. The space Your private studio room is located on the second floor of the property. You will have your own private bathroom connected to your room and a fully equipped kitchenette inside the room. To access the stairs that take you to your private studio, you will have to enter through our garage door and pass through our kitchen/living room. The pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area are private for the guests. Guest access Guests will have access to our living room, balcony, and to our land filled with many different fruit trees that you can pick up if available (please ask beforehand) while enjoying the beautiful view. The main kitchen on the house is private (not for guests use), but your room is equipped with a kitchenette that has a top notch 30L air-fryer, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge and other essentials for preparing and eating a meal inside. On our patio, guests can also have a dip on our hot tub or pool while enjoying a beautiful mountain view. During your stay We will generally be home on weekdays from 4 pm and on some weekends. If we are in the house, we will be happy to help you with anything you need, offer some great local tips, or just have a chat. Other things to note You will enter the house through the door on our garage. When you enter you will see the stairs to your room, the balcony and the living room to your right. The kitchen to the left is private. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. This Airbnb is not suitable for children under 10 or pets. The studio only accommodates two guests. 2. A third guess can be added only if requested at the time of booking. For the third guess we can provide a full size high quality inflatable bed which should be pretty conformable for a couple nights.
