The space Our house offers a full kitchen with all appliances and seating for 6-8 people with a huge table that extends to accommodate 8 seats. Vaulted ceilings in kitchen and living room! New luxury laminate floors throughout. Closets and dressers in each room. Three comfortable bedrooms with queen bed, two narrow twin beds that are set up as 1 queen when pushed together with a topper, and they have 6 shelves under each bed, and one bunk bed. If you wish to use the second bedroom as two separate beds please let us know and we'll provide you with lock code for linen cabinet and you would need to remove the queen topper. Each room has an additional back up window AC in addition to central air. We also offer a huge covered deck area in the back with a picnic table made at a local farm and several chairs and an additional glass table as well as a chaise lounge chair for sun tanning. Spacious and fully fenced back yard. Super safe and convenient to all local amenities and shopping! ** please no pets of any kind on short term stays. If you bring a pet on property, there will be $1000 fee. This is due to cleaning company and insurance related requirements and people with allergies. We are now offering mid and long term stays with lease for stays over 30 days. *Cat or small dog may be considered with non refundable pet fee, extra deep cleaning fees as well as monthly pet rent . One small pet accepted only for long term leases. If lease is signed and 30 plus stay is accepted , pet owner is required to obtain their own pet liability insurance. Restricted breeds as per our insurance list are not accepted and are not covered. Guest access Guests have access to back yard, garage from interior door, entire house as well as front patio and driveway. Other things to note Sangaree area in Summerville, where property is located, is a super safe and convenient family friendly neighborhood. We are minutes away from Nexton, with its many restaurants and other businesses. Only a walking distance to local playground! About 20 minutes from the airport, 30 min from downtown Charleston and about 40 minutes to closest amazing beach at Sullivan's Island!
