Le METAL, charming air-conditioned cottage with pool

In an old Charentaise farmhouse located in a hamlet, the Clos des Séguineries offers 6 comfortable cottages with heated swimming pool from June to September on a hectare of fully enclosed land. Located 20 minutes from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan and 40 minutes from Cognac; between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, ocean, rivers, estuary, etc., you will have a rich and varied holiday mixing rest, fun activities and cultural tours. The space We are a small family business and, we have taken over the operation of Clos des Séguineries at the end of 2022. We are happy to welcome you to the METAL cottage: 65 m², ideal for a couple with 2 children. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs: the first one on the mezzanine with a bed 150cm wide and the other with 2 beds 90cm wide (bunk beds). The shower room (walk-in shower - sink - toilet) is also upstairs. On the ground floor, 1 toilet, 1 fitted kitchen - dining room overlooking the living room equipped with two sofas, a TV. The charm of the Métal: a flowered garden of about 100 m² with terrace with garden table, "head to head" table, deckchairs, and umbrella. The pool and the beautiful green space with games (ping pong, badminton, balls, swings, croquet, etc.) are to be shared between the holidaymakers of the other cottages. Bedding is provided. The beds are not made on arrival. A package of 105 KWh of electricity per week is included in the price. The cleaning fee is optional (contact us). Other things to note The fenced and secure pool is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and children's swimming is under the responsibility of the parents. Cleaning fee is not included. Vacationers must properly maintain the premises and make the cottage as clean as it was at check-in. A deposit of 300 euros is required at check-in.
