In an old Charentais farmhouse located in a hamlet, the Clos des Séguineries offers 6 comfortable cottages with heated swimming pool from June to September on a hectare of fully enclosed land. Located 20 minutes from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan and 40 minutes from Cognac; between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, ocean, rivers, estuary, etc., you will spend a rich and varied vacation mixing rest, fun activities and cultural visits. The space We are a small family business and we took over the operation of the Clos des Séguineries at the end of 2022. We are happy to welcome you to the METAL gîte: 65 m², ideal for a couple with 2 children. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs: the first on the mezzanine with a 150 cm wide bed and the other with 2 90 cm wide beds. (bunk beds). The shower room (walk-in shower - sink - toilet) is also upstairs. On the ground floor, 1 toilet, 1 fitted kitchen - dining room overlooking the living room equipped with two sofas, a television. The charm of Metal: a flower garden of about 100 m² with terrace, very cocooning with garden table, "head to head" table, deckchairs, and umbrella. The swimming pool and the beautiful green space with games (table tennis, badminton, boules, swings, croquet, etc.) are to be shared between the vacationers of the other cottages. Bed linens are provided. The beds are not made on arrival. A package of 105 KWh of electricity per week is included in the price. The cleaning package is optional (contact us). Other things to note The fenced and secure pool is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and children's swimming is under the responsibility of the parents. The cleaning fee is not included. Vacationers must properly maintain the premises and make the cottage as clean as on arrival. A security deposit of 300 euros is required at check-in.
