The space The apartment is located right next to Plage du Môle The apartment is composed of: - 3 bedrooms + one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (one bed with two 90 cm mattresses) + one bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds (two 90 cm beds) + one upstairs bedroom with a 180 cm bed (two 90 cm beds) - a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a mezzanine living room - a bathroom - a separate toilet - a covered loggia WARNING there is no safety barrier at the stairs Guest access The accommodation will be totally for you throughout the stay. Entry to the accommodation is completely autonomous with a key box. There is ample FREE parking right next to the Residence (public parking with solar panels and charging stations for electric vehicles) Other things to note The end of stay cleaning is included in your rental. Towels and sheets are not included. Remember to bring them, or we offer linen kits for rent for your stay. We offer an option for linen kits (sheets and towels): For 1–2 people: 20 euros Then 5 euros per additional person The accommodation is strictly smoke-free. You can only smoke outside. Parties are forbidden. We ask guests to respect the neighborhood and not to make noise after 11 p.m. No pets allowed
