Triplex in Santa Fe Beach with ocean views

Our home is located in Santa Fe, a charming coastal neighborhood in western Havana, just 30 minutes by car from Old Havana and close to Marina Hemingway. In our area, visitors often enjoy snorkeling and windsurfing. The house has three levels and is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. It features a spacious terrace with small pool (2.20 x 1.10) and beautiful views of the ocean and unforgettable sunsets. Completely private for the guest. The space The property is a loft-style triplex consisting of a hall, dinning room and open kitchen, bathroom and terrace on the first level. On the second floor we have a library, the main bedroom with a king-sized bed and a smaller one for one person, plus an open shower and a small balcony which overlooks the neighbourhood and the sea. We also have a nice cot available on request for those travelling with babies. On the third floor there is a small bedroom with a queen-sized bed and direct access to our spacious terrace with a small bar, small pool (2.20 x 1.10) and a wonderful view of the ocean. Sunset seen from the terrace is generally spectacular. The house has air-conditioning and WIFI There are some small cafes nearby but no real restaurants within walking distance. However, there are two great restaurants - El Laurel ( beautiful views of the sea and the canals of the Hemingway Marina) and Santy Pescador (the best restaurant to eat fish and lobster in Havana) - five minutes away by car. Other nearby attractions are Club Habana and Marina Hemingway, where you can get a day pass and enjoy their restaurants, swimming pools, etc, and Fusterlandia, a community art-project centred around the work of renowned naïf artist Fuster. Santa Fe is safe and generally quiet. It has a small beach which has been damaged by hurricanes and it is not the postcard image of a Caribbean beach but visitors find it quiet and relaxing. Useful information: We can organise a taxi to collect you at the airport. The driver will wait for you with a sign bearing your name. The price is 30 usd/euros and you should pay it directly to the driver. From our home to Old Havana - about half an hour away - a taxi costs around 15 usd/euros. From our home to Playas del Este, the Eastern beaches, located about an hour away on the other side of the city a taxi ride costs around 60 usd/euros round trip. From Santa Fe to Varadero beach it takes about two and a half hours by car. Taxis charge around 250 usd round trip. Guest access The guests have access to all areas of the house. Other things to note We have to rent a Cuban SIM card with 8GB for internet connection. Only for use during your stay in our house. Price: 20 usd
