The area offers almost everything, taverns, restaurants, bars, mini market, ATM. Bus stop No. 15 is a few minutes away. Next to the studio, there is a chill-out tavern where you can enjoy our delightful mojitos, a light meal, or even a full dinner while you still on your beachwear. The space Our studios typify an ideal spot for your holidays. Only a 10-minute drive from Skiathos town, a mere 10-minute journey to the world-renowned Koukounaries beach, and just a few steps away from the stunning Kolios beach. All our studios are on the 2nd floor, quite spacious with a terrace overlooking Kolios beach. The beach is very relaxed with clear calm waters and exquisite sand. There are umbrellas for rent. Prices vary from 10- 15 euros depending on the period you are there. Except for Kolios Taverna, there is a Beach salad bar next to it and the new Beach House on the other side of the beach. So you have plenty of choices. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside the room. The studios may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
