Charming and well-preserved farmhouse from 1850 in idyllic Stavang, right by the lake and with a shop nearby. The house has six double rooms, one single room and an attic with nine beds – perfect for large groups. Three living rooms, one bathroom and two separate toilets provide plenty of space and comfort. The large garden and patio in the old courtyard create a quiet setting for the stay. It is also possible to rent a boat and kayak. An ideal place for family and friend trips, confirmations and other gatherings. The space The main house is nicely located on a tuna with large garden. The ground floor has a modern kitchen, two spacious living rooms, a hall, a bathroom and a toilet. On the second floor there are six double bedrooms as well as a single bedroom, on this floor also the second bathroom of the house. Linen is not included in rental price but may be rented for 150NOK per set. Shower towel can be rented for 50NOK Guest access The main house of about 400 square meters and the outdoor areas will be at your disposal during your stay, stabbur and firehouse/garage will be locked. In the garden there is plenty of space to play football, volleyball, badminton and other outdoor toys. There are opportunities to swim both from the beach and quay, just 2 minutes walk from the property and the house is just a stone's throw from the local shop that stays open from 07-23 every day. It is also possible to fill petrol/diesel by car and boat. There are very good fishing opportunities both from land and boat. There is also excellent opportunities for hiking hiking, both shorter hikes and top tours. It is possible to rent an Øien boat with 25hp for 350 euros per week. Other things to note There is very good space for parking at the property during your stay.
