Casa Allegra by Heart of Garda is nestled on sunny hills overlooking the Gulf of Salò, offering a view that extends to the eastern shore of the lake. Located in a quiet residence with a swimming pool, it has two bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen, and a bathroom. But it is above all the exterior that will make guests fall in love, sipping a drink at sunset sitting on the veranda or reading a book in the private garden, always accompanied by a beautiful view. The space Casa Allegra by the Heart of Garda THE BEDROOMS: The first bedroom is a double bedroom and overlooks the garden. The second bedroom has two single beds and overlooks the small cinema room. The air exchange in this bedroom is guaranteed by an advanced and totally silent ventilation system that purifies the air every hour. In the living area, for larger groups/families (up to 6 people), a sofa bed is available. RESIDENCE The residence consists of eight buildings of four apartments each. Casa Allegra is located in the last building, which guarantees greater privacy. SWIMMING POOL The swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 30th. It is shared with the other owners/guests of the Residence. It can be used every day from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is mandatory to wear a hair cap. Sun loungers are not allowed in the pool area. PARKING: A private uncovered parking space is available free of charge in the immediate vicinity of the residence. A garage is available upon request at a cost of €10/day "Cinema" space: In what was once a cellar, a mini movie room with projector has been created (however, you must have your own Netflix account, etc.). Since the wall is made of exposed natural rock, in case of rain it may be slightly damp. Other things to note YOUR LOCATION: The complex is located in an elegant residential area on the hills above Salò, reachable via a curvy but wide, asphalted and easily accessible road.
