This charming holiday private house, newly renovated, is situated in the heart of Nardò’s Baroque old town, in a quiet dead end street, a minute’s walk from the famous Piazza Salandra. It is ideally located in a central position in Salento between Lecce and Gallipoli and at only 7km from the sea. There are several shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and free parking spots in close walking distance. The space The property has its own private access through an entrance gate which leads to a small private courtyard. From the court, through two old window doors you can access the living space and the kitchen. The appartment occupies the whole ground floor and it can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a dining-living room, one kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and small laundry area. The rooms are all with cement tiles floor and characteristic star-shaped vault typical of Salento homes. Although the house stays very cool during the summer thanks to its thick walls it has an air conditioning in the living space and ceiling fan in the bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has no outside window, just an opening above the door on the living room. From an internal staircase you can access the private roof top terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen with worktop with a stone sink, gas cook top, fridge, barbecue, dining table and a outdoor living area.
