Mono Luigi is a comfortable apartment in Torre Lapillo. In addition to a lovely wooden veranda, furnished with a table and chairs where you can spend time outdoors, the house offers a bedroom with a double bed, a foldaway single bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen with a table and a well-equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets on doors and windows, and a parking space in the garden. It can accommodate up to 3 people. No pets allowed. The space Villa Cucci Mono Luigi and Mono Angela are located inside Villa Cucci, a property that offers 2 semi-independent apartments, ideal as solutions for staying by the sea in Salento. The houses are two studios, Mono Angela (sleeps 3) and Mono Luigi (sleeps 3), which share the entrance to the garden with the owner. Both vacation rentals are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets on doors and windows, plus parking space. No pets allowed. NO SMOKING Guest access Exclusive use of the apartment and its veranda. Parking and garden in their own spaces, being a common space with other accommodations. Other things to note Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and check-out from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. An extra payment of €50 is required for late arrivals upon notification (from 10:00 p.m. to 02:00 a.m.). - Upon arrival, the signature of the relevant lease agreement in Italian will be required. - Possible rental of a high chair for children at €2/day and/or a camping cot at €3/day, PREFERABLY at the time of booking (to avoid the risk of running out of availability) The accommodation tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations. Optional linen rental (towels and sheets) at the price of €20 per person per week. OBLIGATION to separate and dispose of waste. Otherwise, a penalty of €50 will be withheld.
