Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. The space Functional studio with bathroom and kitchen fully renovated in 2020, in the "Illa de Roses" Residential Complex. Located on the 4th floor of the Llevant Building, it has the following layout: a terrace overlooking the canal with the sea in the background; a living room with a double sofa bed and two single bunk beds, a flat-screen TV, a dining table with chairs for 4 people, and a small kitchen with two stoves, a sink, cupboards for kitchenware, a refrigerator, and a microwave; a bathroom with a shower, in which there is a top-loading washing machine; a built-in closet entering the study on the left, ideal for storing beach utensils. The studio has split air conditioning/heating (inverter). The kitchenware is basic, but has the essentials for a temporary stay. The studio has WiFi, at no additional cost. Ideal for those looking for functional accommodation at a good price!! This year, the pool is going to be open to the public from 1 June to 30 September. NO SUPPLEMENT IS CHARGED TO ACCESS THE POOL. STRENGTHS OF THE SPACE: 1) Community pool and tennis (seasonal). 2) Air conditioning / heating. 3) Free WIFI 4) Free parking for guests. 5) Close to the beach (about 900 meters) 6) The Complex has a supermarket, bakery, restaurants (open only in high season). Guest access Guests have access to the entire property; access to the common areas of the Residential Complex is subject to compliance with the Homeowners Association’s rules of use. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) It is remembered that the standard check-in times are between 4pm to 8pm and for check out from 8am to 10am. CHECK-OUTS ARE NOT ALLOWED after 10:00 a.m. This is the deadline for leaving the apartment. For check-outs after 12:00 p.m., the guest will be charged an additional night as a penalty. 2) For accommodations with air conditioning and heating, the meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out. As long as the consumption is reasonable, no extra charge will be made. However, in exceptional cases where clearly excessive and disproportionate consumption is detected, the corresponding amount will be charged. 3) Hand soap and toilet paper are included in our rates. 4) The accommodation is handed over in a perfect state of cleanliness and must be returned in proper condition (in this regard, washing the dishes, throwing out the trash, and emptying the refrigerator are not considered included in the cleaning fee; these actions will be charged to the guest based on the time and work involved). 5) Pets are allowed (up to 15 kg): in these cases, a surcharge of €10.00/night per pet is charged, with a minimum of 30 euros per pet per stay. For pets weighing more than 15 kg, you must consult in advance to make the reservation. The acceptance or non-acceptance of such pets, as well as the amount of the supplement to be charged per day, will be decided on a case-by-case basis. 6) In accommodations with a community pool and other common leisure spaces, guests must accept and respect the rules for their use in accordance with the provisions of the Community of Owners. 7) The amount of the tourist tax is not included in the rates published on this website and therefore the amount must be paid by the guest in cash or by credit card at check-in at the accommodation. 8) For stays of 30 nights or more, the accommodation reserves the right to charge guests for the consumption of utilities (water, electricity, gas, etc.) accrued during their stay, and may deduct these amounts from the deposit provided by the guest.
