The best restaurants in Indian Rocks Beach are just 1-2 blocks away, and the complex features a huge sundeck, fire pit & gas grill. 1/2 duplex with shared large deck and gas grill. Plus, everything you need is within walking distance, including the beach trolley. There are four separate Villas in the two duplexes. Each Villa is only occupied by yourself. The only shared space is out in the courtyard. There are tables and chairs, fire pit and a grill. There are also beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and a buggy to walk over (about 600 steps) to the Beach and enjoy a beautiful day on the sugary sands of Indian Rocks Beach. There is a labeled parking space just outside the gate where you enter to the first unit on the North end of parking area. Other things to note Pet Policy: Dogs only, $150 non refundable pet fee. The entire 4 Villa property area of the Four Winds Villas has a fence and there’s also an individual fenced area right next to the northeast and southeast units that is available to keep the dog separate from others, if preferred or needed. 2 dogs max at no more than 70lbs each.
