Rental unit in Punta Cana

Our apartment is just steps from the beach, minimarkets, restaurants and bars, it has a preferential location in the center of Los Corales. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a pool and a barbecue in the comun area, where you will have enough space to enjoy during your trip. Likewise, we are at your disposal to help and guide you during your stay in Punta Cana, where you will surely want to stay longer. Come, stay with us and enjoi our place. The space Guest access is allowed as long as the maximum capacity of the accommodation is not exceeded. Guest access The apartment will be to be enjoyed by you and your companions privately. Other things to note The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, TV in living room and in the bedrooms, air conditioners in all spaces and an equipped kitchen to make your stay more comfortable. -ELECTRICITY The electricity service is paid separately and is NOT included in the rent. We will take an electric meter reading at check-in and check-out and then calculate the cost of energy based on consumption. The air conditioning is the equipment that consumes the most electricity inside the apartment, in this sense we send a list of electricity consumption considering a normal use of said equipment: • 1 room $5 to $10 dollars per day. • 2 rooms $8 to $15 dollars per day. • 3 rooms $11 to $20 dollars per day. We will require a cash deposit ranging from $50 to $200 upon arrival, depending on the number of nights booked. -Daily cleaning service, Chef at home, Shopping list, Babysitter, Massages in the apartment, Special decoration, Transfers, Restaurant and event reservations- *Request 48 hours in advance -TRANSFER FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT. The pick-up service at the airport has a cost of 45 dollars each way and if you want the round trip you will have a special price of 80 dollars. The residential pool will be closed until July 23, 2025, due to general maintenance.
