The space Apartment (2nd Floor): One (1) King Bed, One (1) Queen Bed, One (1) Queen Sleeper Sofa Pull-Out Outdoor Amenities: Upstairs landing sitting area overlooking courtyard is shared furniture. Private balcony with two (2) high-top chairs overlooking Flagler Avenue! Guest access After the Rental Agreement is e-signed and the $250.00 security hold is scheduled, access instructions along with house rules will be emailed to the guest within three (3) days before arrival. Other things to note *NOISE WARNING* Located on Flagler Avenue. This rental is NOT suited for guests seeking a quiet stay. Expect potential noise on all days of the week at all hours. Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay. Credit card information will be separately collected during the secure Rental Agreement e-signing process. Parking: One (1) Uncovered car-sized parking space in rear lot (Dedicated), Street parking on Flagler Avenue (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests.
