Welcome to the Black Cat's House! Small two-level house located in a peaceful hamlet with character. Do you like nature? Beautiful stones? You'll be in for a treat! Rennes and Dinan can be reached in 20 minutes. The first beach is 30 minutes away and St Malo is not far away. Becherel, the city of the book is less than 5 minutes away. You will have all the comforts in this studio to feel good. Everything is disinfected. Linens and towels are changed systematically. The space Comfort level, it's all there. Linens and towels are clean and changed every time. Dishes and TV are present and even high-speed wifi! What's not given in our remote lands. Warning: go to the "bedroom" section to see the configuration. Indeed, the presence of the shower and toilet in the bedroom may disturb some people! Guest access You have a dedicated parking space. And you can enjoy the large garden as you see fit. Other things to note Warning: we live in the countryside! There are animals nearby. Cows, dogs, goats... All of these can cause noise or odors even if they are not on the property. These animals could even escape from their respective enclosures (I specify that this has never happened). On winter weekends there is hunting. It's bang-bang everywhere! In the summer the farmer plows or harvests and it makes the tractors rumble! Also, we live with our neighbors, the insects. Spiders, ants, wasps, flies... I do my best with a lot of mosquito nets and rigorous cleaning to keep them out of the house. But sometimes they may show up. Finally, when it rains, there is sometimes mud in the countryside. Not everything is covered with concrete yet. In short, if you book here, you are well aware of all that country living can entail.
