The holiday house is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house, there are separate semi-detached houses CSR BOO 024 (6 people) and CSR BOO 321 (for 6 people). Enclosed property is 100 sqm, the other 100 sqm is open land.
