The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartments CSR BOO 024 (6 persons) and CSR BOO 321 (for 6 persons) are located in the same house. Enclosed garden is 100 square meters, another 100 square meters is open land. The house is located in a small town north of Chotebor, about 50 m over a private castle. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking is available on the property. Room: The entrance to your holiday home leads directly into the hallway with doors to all rooms. Bedroom (walk-through room) with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Living/bedroom with 2 single beds, sitting area, TV and fireplace. Kitchen (30 sqm, walk-through room) with dining area (6 seats), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Outdoor pool (usable from early June to end of September, 6 m x 3 m, depth 1,25 m). The pool is available to customers from June to September and can be shared with the owner.
