The Magnificient view villa, 4 Bedroom

One the best view of the most beautiful natural European harbour which will keep you captivated throughout your stay. Located in a very peaceful neighborhood, we recommend this villa for families & friends looking for a nice rest in the south of France. Please read our extensive description of the house so you get the full picture :) Important: To get such view you need to take some altitude, therefore a car is a must! The space Lovely house with a small refreshing swimming pool. Many areas to chill outside (main terrace, pool terrace, solarium...) admiring beautiful Toulon. Full 180 degrees view from the back of Mount Faron all the way to the Brusc! The pool measures around 4.5x4.5 meter and has a 1.9m depth. Inside on the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen & dinning area, with a small corner dedicated to the 75'' TV & its sofa. Still on the ground floor, an ensuite bedroom with its own direct access to the pool terrace (bed 160*200cm). Upstairs two small bedrooms (beds 160*200cm). Room number 2 (see picture) has a beautiful view above the pool while room 3's window is looking towards the garden greenery. Additionally, we have room 4, a bigger room with a working area, if one of you needs to work remotely (bed 180*200cm) & has a direct access to the solarium space. Last but not least, the location, while not walkable distance from the beach you are within a quick car ride of most touristic destinations in the area. Guest access You will have full access to the villa itself, only the bottom dependance & garage will remain shut during your stay - these rooms aren't included in the overall description and are fully detached from the house (these areas are used for storage). Other things to note Four key points for you to be aware of :) 1) As stated in the description, it is a very peaceful neighborhood, and while you can of course enjoy the outdoor space until late at night please always be mindful of our neighbors. If you are looking to party loud & hard every evening we are happy to recommend you some bars & clubs so it remains enjoyable for everyone :D 2) Please note the house's garden has multiple levels & stairways and despite our best effort to secure them with ramps and vegetation it remains a potential risk for children running around. Thankfully the beach is not too far so they can use up all their energy swimming :) Also to not be understated some beautiful long walks/hikes can be done starting from the house. 3) The pool is small but deep (1.90m). Plus side it remains cool in the burning hot summer but obviously is less convenient for children. Thus please note, a) Safety - the pool is equipped with a sensor which you can activate for safety (do not forget to reactivate it between usage) b) At the house will be provided inflatable toys which can be used for the less confident swimmers :) 4) To keep the house in good shape for our guests the following employees may be coming to the house during your stay: -Weekly | Swimming pool maintenance -Monthly | Gardeners We will do our best to schedule those visits when you are not present at the house and apologize in advance for any inconvenience it may bring.
