Description

Fat Luck Farm is a sprawling 6-acre private oasis a stone's throw from one of the main arteries of the Hudson Valley. 2-bedroom, 2-bath renovated farmhouse. Walk out of the dining room onto a spacious deck with 8-person table, 5-person hot tub, rolling lawn, 36x18 pool, pond and gazebo. The property is home to a cadre of wildlife-- birds, deer, fox, muskrats, bats, owls, bunnies and woodchucks, who pass through daily for your viewing pleasure. The space A split level renovated 130-year old farm house. Ground floor centerpiece is the large dining room next to kitchen, with separate lounge area. French doors open onto the 800 sf deck with 5-person hot tub. Guest mother-in-law bedroom and adjoining bath (with doors into bedroom and dining room) are also on the ground floor. Second floor features 1 bedroom, a bath with shower and clawfoot tub, and a lounge living room room with 100" projector screen and French doors leading to widow walk for a gorgeous view of the Shawangunk Mountains ridge. Bedroom has a queen bed. Other things to note Fat Luck Farm is a home, not a hotel and not strictly a “rental”. It has curated furnishings and art that our guests have all commented make the place relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable. We ask that guests treat it with the respect and care that you would your own home. Thank you.
