The room is in a quiet and exclusive single family home on a residential block (8 homes). The home environment is very quiet and peaceful with respect to privacy, but friendly and communal. NO ANIMALS (owner has allergies), NO DRUGS or SMOKING OF ANY KIND. Social/casual drinking ok. This is a spacious, clean, and sanitary home. Each room is for single person occupancy. All fast food, restaurant, grocery stores are 1-10min away. Easy access to freeway and neighboring cities. The space We value peace and quiet throughout the home. The roommates are very respectful, communal and helpful with respect to privacy. The room is inviting with comfortable bedding, closet space and suitable for working from home. Guest access All areas of the home is accessible with the exception of the living room, other roommates bedroom and garage. During your stay We like to be present for initial check-in. However, sometimes we use self check-in, but only when discussed a head of time, not upon arrival. If self-check in was not discussed prior to arrival then self check-in is not permitted. We are also available by Airbnb app, text message or phone call. However, main communication will be done through the Airbnb App. Please be available and monitor Airbnb app after booking. All concerns or questions will need to be presented to the host and not other guest in the home. All guest are required to show ID upon arrival before obtaining keys to the room or combination to the lock. Please note I do not take ID on a phone or through an electronic device. Please have physical ID on hand. The combination to the lock will be provided upon arrival and no sooner. In addition, ABSOLUTELY NO transporting of trash bag/Shopping bag filled personnel belongs or clothing items into the home at anytime. Guest are allowed to do laundry one load per week during their stay. Please note there will be no refund to guest after first night in the home. If your reservations have to be altered or you are in violation of rules and asked to leave that will be at your expense. We expect for guest to clean up after themselves to include throwing their trash away, respect the people and common areas and shared spaces in our home. Other things to note Currently, there are only two room available in the home for Airbnb. In addition, there is one tenant who live on property.
