Depending on traffic, we are: - Walking distance to Watts Bar Lake, near Kingston - 30 minutes to Knoxville - 30 minutes to Windrock - 30 minutes to Crossville - 25 minutes to Oak Ridge - 1.5 hours to Dollywood - 2 hours to Nashville ***This all depends on traffic Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, so feel free to walk around and enjoy the property. Other things to note ***PLEASE read before booking*** • Photo ID required within 48 hours of booking. • Hunting/target practice is prohibited • The driveway and parking area is gravel with a gravel walkway to the home. • There is currently hay around the home for grass to grow. The home is located in a large hayfield where hay is grown. • We provide basic coffee, tea bags, small packets of creamer/sugar/honey, and basic seasonings for cooking. If you prefer anything else, please bring it. • The farmhouse stay is intended to be an escape to nature, which can include bugs. Bugs might find their way into the home or on the porch if doors and windows are left open or porch lights are left on. • Legally, we can only have 4 people staying overnight. This home is ideal for mature adults, couples, and small families of 4 or less. No more than 2 vehicles parked at a time. • Guests must be 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult. • This home is intended to be a retreat and not suitable for parties. Though this home is secluded, we still have distant neighbors who are full time residents. We care deeply about ensuring the area remains quiet and peaceful for them as well. • The only TV in the home is in the living room.
