It opens to a fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances consisting of a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, "Nespresso" coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plancha and a wine cellar. ✓ The carefully arranged room offers you absolute comfort with its "queen size" bed of 160 x 200cm, Smart TV and dressing room. ✓ The 2nd bedroom has a double bed of 140x200 cm, a desk area with an ergonomic chair and a storage closet. ✓ For your comfort, a beautiful bathroom with a bath and shower is at your disposal. Shower gel and body milk are at your disposal (Dove brand) ✓ A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. 🛜 You have fiber optics and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. 🧺 Towels and sheets are provided for your comfort. 🧻 Some essentials (toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, etc.) are available to start your stay off right. ☕ Welcome tea and coffee offered upon arrival. 🛒 For restocking during your stay, you will find several shops within walking distance of the accommodation (including Monoprix). 🅿️ The accommodation does not have a parking space. If you have a vehicle, you will find parking lots a few meters from the apartment, such as the Saint Claire car park, the Château car park or the La Poste car park. Free parking is located outside the city. *Summer: All SIBRA buses are free. *** Baby *** A crib and high chair are provided and can be prepared before your arrival. Just let us know a little in advance. Please clarify because in the guest list we do not see your child's age. The bed is a 60x120 cm folding bed from the brand " Bébé Confort" offered with an extra mattress, a protective mattress pad and a top sheet. We do not provide a duvet or sleeping bag for security reasons. *** Helpful Information *** Note: The property is located in a historic building in the old city, in the heart of a pedestrian street. Access is via a staircase (without an elevator), typical of the charm of the old. Consider it for your luggage or if you are traveling with young children.
