On the terrace, 5 deckchairs, and 5 seats with their matching tables allow you to relax, enjoy the sun, and the sea air. It offers 360-degree panoramic views of the sea, the Saintes, Martinique, and Dominica. The barbecue located at the back of the garden will offer you pleasant moments of sharing. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the pool and garden. The pool is private. A parking space is reserved for you in the inner courtyard. Parking on the street is free. Other things to note To get to Exotica, enter through the Tolbiac I subdivision, opposite the Trois-Rivières Police Station. Follow the indicated route: When leaving the airport, follow Direction Basse-Terre. You will pass through the following cities: Abymes, Baie-Mahault, Petit-Bourg, Goyave, Capesterre-Belle-Eau. Arriving at Trois-Rivières, follow Direction Centre-Ville to Collège Les Roches-Gravées. After the college, take the first right and then right again in front of the Police Station. You will cross the TOLBIAC 1 subdivision. Then you will arrive at the TOLBIAC 2 subdivision at the top of the hill. EXOTICA is at number 16 on the bend.
