Pine Home is our family house, that we used ourselves as a vacation home. It is located on a small pine forest hill with 180° views on the valley and the sea and 5 minute walk from the sandy beach of Troulos in Skiathos island. It has several balconies, yards and terraces, from where you can enjoy a rich Mediterranean garden. Interiors with bright colours, elegant style and with very well selected materials and furniture. The space Studio D is a bright open space studio with original architectural details. On its private terrace there is a dining table, garden armchairs and view to the valley. The space has a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 person. It has a full equipped kitchenette with a fridge and electrical cooking plates. There are two bedrooms with a closets, one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms. The studio is decorated with original drawings of the architect. As a young family of four people we used to spend our summers in here. Guest access Studio D is located at the bottom of the property and it can be easily accessed from the bottom entrance. There is a private parking spot right outside. You have full private access the studio and the surrounding patio. Other things to note We have lived as a family in this house and treat it with love and care. It is designed by our father, the architect Yannis Tsomos, and consists of four private apartments (for 2-6 people), each of them with its own entrance, terrace, kitchen and bathroom. Due to its design, the house has a natural cool air flow and does not acquire the artificial cold of air-conditioning. It is as a fully equipped home with wooden floors and high ceilings, walls filled with paintings and shelves with books.
