Hello! We are Mari, Nello & Eto! We look forward to hosting you at the Bologna Homestay B&B, in a historic Bolognese building! PET FRIENDLY: Small pets allowed LOCATION: Old Town (15 min walk, 5 by bus) Behind Bologna Fiere BELOW THE HOUSE: Bus Green areas with games and bike paths Italian restaurants, ethnic, coffee Shopping mall with pool and gym Pharmacy, hairdresser, ethnic shops INCLUDED: Kitchen habitable Workstation with wifi Air conditioner/heater The space The area: • Just a 15-minute walk from the historic center of Bologna (5 minutes by bus) and less than a 10-minute walk from the Fiera. • Area surrounded by Italian and ethnic restaurants, with parks, shopping center with swimming pool and gym. Very convenient to reach the center and very close to the fair and other points of interest such as clubs and concert locations. • The park below the house has a children's play area. • Outdoor parking available for a fee. • Coin-operated laundromat nearby. • Bus stop, bike sharing spot and bike path located below the house. SHARED SPACES: • Fully equipped kitchen • Bathroom Guest access The entrance, kitchen, and bathroom are shared. The washing machine is not included, but there is a laundromat near the apartment. If you need anything, feel free to ask. Mari, Nello and Eto will be happy to help! During your stay We will be happy to provide you with all the information you need to discover the small secrets and hidden gems of Bologna. Other things to note ---IMPORTANT--- 🛎️Check-in: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM. We only ask that you let us know your arrival time and remain available and attentive to responding to messages, so we can welcome you in the best possible way. ⚠️ Late check-in (after 9:30 PM): It's not always available, but we can rate it together. In some cases, there may be a small extra €15, but we will always let you know right away if it is not possible or if the extra applies. 🛎️ Check out by 10 a.m. ----- 🚭 Smoking Policy: To keep the environment cool and pleasant for everyone, please do not smoke in the room, outside the window, in the common or condominium spaces. If the rule is not complied with, unfortunately we will have to apply extra cleaning costs (curtains and linens). ----- ❄️ Heating & Air conditioning: Heating and air conditioning are available according to the rules of the Municipality of Bologna, which sets periods of use and temperature limits. ----- ✨We want to make you feel at home, with simple rules that guarantee comfort and respect for all guests.
