In the village of the Château de La Roche Courbon, in a renovated rural cottage adjoining a 2-person cottage, you will enjoy the comfort of this large accommodation. On the ground floor, you enter directly into a large living room with 2 sofas, a TV, home theater, DVD player. On your right, a fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, microwave, oven, induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) is available to you. It overlooks a south-facing terrace covered with a pergola with a wisteria. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a small bathroom (bathtub and sink), a separate toilet with hand washbasin, a bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and a last bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Private enclosed garden. South-facing terrace. Pets allowed (with surcharge) kept on a leash outside the garden. Children's play area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, terrace and a 250 m² fenced private garden. Other things to note Upon arrival, in order to perfect your stay, an inventory and a contract will be carried out. A deposit check of €550 will be requested. An electrical meter reading will be carried out. A 15kw package is included per night. The excess will be charged at the current rate. Pets are charged an additional €20/week. Any week started is due. An additional deposit of €100 will be requested. Riders will be able to come with their mounts.
