The space This seaview apartment is located in a beachfront building in Rruga Shengjin-Kune. It is a one-bedroom apartment. The bedroom has one double bed (160cm*200cm). In the living room, there is a sofa bed which opens up and converts to a double size. Apartment includes a fully furnished kitchen with oven,stove,refrigerator and dishwasher. One bathroom with shower cabin (incl. washing machine). Other things to note Access to nearby beaches and pools is not included with the apartment rental. These facilities are privately managed by other businesses in the area and may require separate entry fees or reservations. Guests are welcome to enjoy them, but all arrangements and payments must be made directly with the respective providers. In addition, public beach (without fees) is located around 250-300 meter (few minutes walk) on the left side. The apartment itself is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, and I’m happy to offer recommendations for local spots if you’d like!
