Antique House

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You are within walking distance to the cafe , general store , gas station & convenient store.. small shops where you can find unique gifts .. The Utopia parks is also just a few blocks of walking distance.. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, just ask if you have questions 🤗 The space The Antique House was built in the early 1900's... Definitely a blast from the past ....Originally consisted of three rooms. I'm sure the bathroom was an outside facility.... Over the years many families have called this old house their home and have added improvements, as we continue to do at this very moment... We have decorated the house with many antiques for your enjoyment. we now have 4 bedrooms, two ( inside) bathrooms, sunroom with a small laundry area... A large kitchen and living room with TV and WiFi A large front porch for sitting and watching people go by and a large back porch to sit and enjoy the bird and deer that frequent the area... A BBQ pit and fire pit are also in the back yard with fire wood cut and stacked if you need it... the back yard is about 1.7 acres and you are free to walk about.. the yard is fenced but if you have pets please supervise them as the fencing is not secure...You are within walking distance of several eating establishments and shopping opportunities for unique gifts.. The Utopia park is just a few blocks away... people are very friendly and if you have questions just ask... we installed central air and heat and a new electrical system... please enjoy your stay... it will be a great way to go back in time but have the comfort of today.....Also the beds are 2 kings and 2 antique full beds... they are soft mattress.. we will have a blow up queen of needed for more firm comfort Guest access The whole property is yours to enjoy , except the two outside buildings.. they are locked and not for guest... but on a side note the small building was the first Telephone office in Utopia .. a switch board was used to connect your call ... everyone knew your business 😀 Other things to note The washer and dryer is available for you to use In the pink bathroom there is a storage door, it is locked, please stay out...
