Not a full kitchen for cooking. There is a bathroom sink but please note there is no stove, oven, or kitchen sink. Peloton bike. Separate combo code smart entrance. Dry cleaner one block away as well as post office, restaurants, market and deli. The Potomac River is across the street and accessed via a gentle trail- see listing photos for map. It is separate and locked from the rest of the house. Entrance from the outside. Other things to note A few minutes walk to organic food co-op, deli, restaurants, salon, post office and the beautiful Potomac River, trails, park and tennis courts. We love to host C&O trail bikers! We have a shed you can store your bikes in the back yard and a hose to clean bikes off. Outside parking in the driveway. Safe and secure property. Fenced backyard you are welcome to sit in.
