Delightful double room in Pinner

Kick back and relax in this delightful double room – with onsite parking! – less than 15 minutes’ walk to Northwood Hills underground station, and a 30 minute tube ride to central London. The room is ideal for single travellers, couples, or families with one child visiting London and looking for a quiet room in a peaceful suburb of the city. While it comes as a double room as standard, a third guest can be accommodated by adding a small single bed to the room upon request. The space The newly-renovated first floor double room is in a detached house situated in a quiet neighbourhood of the leafy and upmarket suburb of Pinner. The room is in a house shared with one other tenant, who lives there on a full-time basis. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided for our guests; as are towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, and a night light. The room has a lockable door, and a large wardrobe. Guests will be provided with their own set of keys to the house and the room. We offer free Virgin Media broadband WiFi, and the room is equipped with a TV and DVD player. In addition to the bathroom, guests will also have access to a large and well-equipped kitchen, free use of the garden, and exclusive use of the house’s driveway parking. Guest access The room comes with access to a large kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, and dishwasher; and a bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a separate downstairs toilet which guests are welcome to use. Guests are also welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer, which are located in the kitchen. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are shared with one other person, but we make every effort to ensure they are kept spotless and free when needed by guests. The bathroom is situated just across the hall from the bedroom, and the kitchen is downstairs, opening onto the back garden. During your stay Guests will typically check themselves in using the onsite key safe, but the hosts live only two minutes away, and are happy to be contacted. We greet guests at the property in person whenever it is possible. Other things to note The room is on the first floor, up one flight of stairs. There is room to park one car on the onsite driveway, which we keep open for our AirBnB guests. For guests who have two (or more) vehicles, we are able to write a guest parking permit to park on the street, but please message us a few days before your arrival to ask for this. We provide each guest with a towel set, and offer complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Because there is another long-term guest at the house, we ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum after 11 pm.
