WE ALSO OFFER RENT-A-CAR FACILITY. The space With Separate Entrance, our listing offers a private experience to our guests where their stay remains uninterrupted with full respect for their privacy. Friends & Family gatherings can be organized subject to getting prior approval on the number of guests, timings and an additional fees. Loud music is not allowed as the listing is located in a residential setting. Guest access It is the first floor of a residential home with separate entrance and on-site parking for the guests. You will have the entire place to yourself without any sharing. You will have 2 Full Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Full Kitchen with Living Room. 1 car parking inside the porch is available free of charge. Additional parking inside is also available for an additional fees. A room for driver/help is available for an additional fees. You can use the laundry area with an automatic washing machine on the ground floor free of cost. Other things to note We are currently setting up a cinema room for our guests, which should soon be ready to use without any additional fees and this is not shared with other guests. Once it is ready, you will have uninterrupted access to Netflix, Amazon Prime & IPTV. Hot water and heating facilities are available as per Gas loadshedding timings, which is usually from 9 am to 11 pm during winter season. Heating is through Japanese Blowers. For power backup, we offer a UPS with 3 hours of electricity backup but electricity is rarely out for that long except for extreme weather conditions, in which case we'll be very sorry for any inconvenience. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms. We don't mind if you want to celebrate birthdays and other special events at our listing with a limited number of guests, but this requires a prior approval and maybe an additional fees if the number of guests is high, so please discuss your plans in advance to avoid any hassle. Given the high utility rates and scarcity of electricity in our country, It is mandatory to switch off all the lights, fans and air conditioning whenever you leave the property. If found otherwise, a fine of Rs. 10,000/- is Payable.
