This 40 m² apartment has the following amenities: - A LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, decorative fireplace, wall cupboard, a desk with a chair, a TV with a Freebox revolution. - LIVING ROOM CLOSET: Clothesline, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, 2 extra blankets and a broom. - A KITCHEN equipped with a Smeg induction stove, a backsplash and its hood, a microwave oven, a small fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, dishes and cooking utensils - kitchen table with 4 chairs. - SHOWER ROOM equipped with a sink with hair dryer storage; towel dryer and toilet (in the same room) - SMALL BEDROOM with double bed (140 x 200 cm) in a living room alcove that closes with a curtain with 2 bedside tables and 2 bedside lamps - LINEN AND BASIC PRODUCTS: The beds will be prepared with the sheets as indicated on the booking; 4 bath towels; 1 kitchen towel 3 rolls of toilet paper; 1 dishwashing liquid, 1 sponge; 4 coffee capsules, some cleaning products. - CAUTION: No Soap, No Shower Gel, remember to provide it on your side. - IN THE KITCHEN: Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper and dishwasher product. Other things to note The use and lighting of the fireplace is prohibited. For each stay, there will be 4 bath towels but they are small; this is perfect for a stay that is short, for guests who stay several days it is advisable to bring other towels with you. We cannot provide large towels because we find too often our towels full of makeup, cleaning is very long and when it doesn't work, we have to throw them away. Thank you for your understanding.
