Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this comfy home in Manette. Less than 2 miles to ferries & downtown Bremerton. Walk to shops, restaurants & the waterfront. Short drive to wineries, hiking, shopping and sightseeing. Space to spread out & relax or cook dinner after a day of hiking or sightseeing. This home is just a ferry ride from Seattle. It is located in between the Olympic National Forest and Mt Rainier. Short drive to Hood Canal, Poulsbo, and Tacoma. The space This recently updated home has space for family and friends to spread out and enjoy their time in Bremerton and the surrounding areas. You will be a short walk to the waterfront, less than 2 miles to the ferries and Downtown Bremerton and less than 2 hours to world-class hiking in the Olympic National Park and Mt Rainier National Park. Close to fishing in Hood Canal and a ferry ride from Seattle, Bainbridge Island and Vashon Island. Each room has it's own mini-split. Heat and cool to your preference not everyone else's. There is a game cabinet with puzzles and family games. A dart board complete with electronic scorekeeping and heckling. We have a selection of books to read while you relax on the large sofa or in the recliner. Lots of room in the living room or family room to watch tv or movies or spend time chatting with friends and family. There is a large backyard for kids to run around or to sit out and soak up the sunshine. It is only partially fenced with trees opening to Illahee Park. There is a gas bbq on the back patio to grill up some dinner. Guest access Guests have full run of the space Other things to note There is great wifi but poor cell service. House is at the bottom of a hill and the best cell service is outside. A lot of the light switches are upside down so you have to try them out. The family room light switch is in the laundry room and it's upside down! Please turn the mini-splits OFF when you are not using a space or when you leave the house. They will heat and cool quickly when you return. If you require a stay longer than what is listed please message us. Certain times of the year we can accommodate longer stays.
