There are many wineries within driving distance. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in West Valley, Yakima. This unit has two suites with a full kitchen and a separate entrance. It is newly renovated in 2019. Printing service and paper threader can be provided when requested. This suite is one of the two guest suites in a separate unit. It has its own bathroom with a tub. It shares the kitchen area with the other guest suite. The house is close to Rosauers Supermarket Plaza. You will find a comfortable memory foam Queen bed with 100% cotton sheets, an alarmed clock with a USB charger on the back, basic dishes/utensils, coffee/tea machine, a full kitchen and a combined washer/dryer. You will also find fresh eggs and oatmeal should you decide to cook a little in the morning. There are free off-street on-site parking. There is a garage parking space when available. The unit with two guest suites has the full kitchen, Cable TV and the private backyard patio to its own. The house is located in a very quiet safe neighborhood. In the nearby Rosauers Supermarket Plaza, you will find a Starbucks, a fitness center and some restaurants. If you like to hike, a short 5 minute drive can take you to Cowiche Cayon Trails. It is an hour drive to White Pass ski area in winter. There are cherry picking in summer and fruit warehouses all year round. It is also a short 5 minute drive to West Valley High School for sports and SAT tests. It is an easy 10 minute drive to Yakima downtown area and 7 minute drive to the newly built YMCA on the 40th Ave.
