There are many wineries within driving distance. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in West Valley, Yakima. This unit has two suites with a full kitchen and a separate entrance. It is newly renovated in 2019. Printing service and paper threader can be provided when requested. The space This suite is one of the two guest suites in a separate unit. It has its own bathroom with a tub. It shares the kitchen area with the other guest suite. The house is close to Rosauers Supermarket Plaza. You will find a comfortable memory foam Queen bed with 100% cotton sheets, an alarmed clock with a USB charger on the back, basic dishes/utensils, coffee/tea machine, a full kitchen and a combined washer/dryer. You will also find fresh eggs and oatmeal should you decide to cook a little in the morning. There are free off-street on-site parking. There is a garage parking space when available.
