We do not permit unregistered guests on the property. Guests may not entertain inside or outside of the cottage. We have one parking space for guests staying. The space The cottage is the perfect size for 4 adults. The first bedroom has a queen bed with a door to the private patio with pond and farm views The second bedroom has a twin day bed with a twin trundle and views of the farm. Full kitchen with granite countertops and cherry hardwood island includes everything needed to cook if you want to stay in and relax. Living room has a sofa, dining space for 4 and TV to view your own streaming accounts by using a Roku remote. In-unit laundry with washer and dryer for light use only (please follow the directions given if you choose to use the washer/dryer during your stay) . Our online guide is filled with local sites to visit and high quality local restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines. Guest access Guests have use of the private cottage with its patio and fenced backyard. The barn and barnyard may not be entered. Guests may not entertain in the cottage. We only permit registered guests on the property. Other things to note We only allow one car parking space for guests staying on the property. We have sheep, goats, chickens, barn cats, dogs and a variety of wildlife. Barnyard and barn may not be entered. Please do not feed any of the animals, as new food can not be introduced to their diet. Even the slightest change in diet can cause illness. - Thank you for understanding!
