Unique style flat, split across two levels, in a great location. Stylish and spacious. Seconds away from Brockwell Park and the lido. 3 minutes away from Herne Hill market and the train station. Be in Blackfriars in under 17 mins. Be in Victoria in under 15 mins. Be in Brixton in under 10 mins. Shared roof terrace, with views over the park. The space A few quirks to the flat: The air vents in the bathroom are weak and I’m in the process of trying to replace the entire system. In the meantime I suggest keeping the door open when showering and using the fans and dehumidifier if needed. The windows only open in the downstairs section of the flat so on hot sunny days it can get quite warm. I do have an industrial fan, as well as a Dyson fan just in case. Brockwell park is 100 metres from the flat and there’s also a communal roof terrace. Other things to note Parking on nearby roads is restricted between 12-2pm each day, weekends it’s free. Pets are not allowed on the communal roof terrace. Key hand over always done in person.
