Spacious and bright two-bedroom apartment, located in the center of Malaga, a 10-minute walk from Calle Larios, 15 minutes from Maria Zambrano Station (direct connection to the airport) and 20 minutes from the beach. It consists of two bedrooms with a layout for 4 people, a living room with an integrated kitchen, a terrace, a laundry room, and a bathroom. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room, free Wi-Fi, TV, and everything you need for an ideal stay. Located on the second floor without an elevator The space Estancias Upon entering this beautiful and warm apartment you will see a spacious living-dining room, with access to a small terrace where you can enjoy quiet breakfasts or romantic dinners. The full kitchen with everything you need (microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, oven, large refrigerator and all the necessary kitchenware) joins the laundry room where you will find a washing machine and a portable clothesline. The master bedroom consists of a 1.60 cm double bed, a large dressing room and a small study corner. The secondary bedroom has a double bed, large closet, and dresser. Bathroom with shower and everything you need to feel at home: shampoo, gel, hair dryer, medium and large towels.
