Conch Cottage 2 Br/2Ba OIB Condo Beautiful !

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cozy ocean, marsh and ICW view, 2 Br, 2 Ba Condo with pool and private dock! The 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor for 6 guests. One bedroom as a queen bed and the other room has 2 queen beds. The first floor has a pull out sleeper sofa for 2 guests which can make the unit snug. No pets of any kind permitted. Linens not provided but can be provided upon request for minimal fee. Bed sizes are Queen. The space There are stairs for the bedrooms to the second floor so be aware this unit is 2 levels. No pets please as much as I love animals, I am highly allergic. Guest access You may access the pool adjacent to the property. Feel free to use the dock on property to jet ski, paddle board or kayak. Other things to note Please keep the condo neat and tidy upon departure. Take trash, start dishwasher, gather towels. No food permitted upstairs due to bugs. Keep AC no lower than 69 for it to work efficiently.
