Our apartment is located in a very quiet location on the outskirts, surrounded by forest and meadows. The central location of the place is ideal for excursions such as hiking, cycling, swimming, wellness and cultural events. The space The 40 m² spacious, bright apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom and a private bathroom (toilet/shower). Equipped with underfloor heating, dining table with 4 chairs, double bed, pull-out sofa, TV (Magenta TV), desk (Wi-Fi) and walk-in closet, it offers plenty of space to relax. An extra bed for 2 children up to 10 years old is possible (there is no equipment for infants). Pets can also be brought along by arrangement. The parking space in front of the apartment as well as a private garden area on the west side with seating area and barbecue are available for free. Access to the private gym with infrared sauna can be booked for a fee if you are interested. If necessary, we also offer a laundry service. The final cleaning is carried out by our service after a clean handover. Other things to note Shopping, restaurants, a medical center, a sports field (including tennis) and a natural outdoor swimming pool are within 5-10 minutes' walking distance. In the partner town of Zeulenroda, 5 km away, you can use other offers such as the "Waikiki" water park, the Seesternbühne or the animal enclosure.
