The living room has comfortable furniture, smart TV with German and Danish channels, there are 2 sofa groups, one for television and a section for games. Free internet and a wood-burning stove. The house is energy-friendly with a heat pump. Electricity is charged at 3.5 per kWh. The space The property is located behind a rampart with trees and rose hips on a corner plot. There is a large lawn and Mexican barbecue and regular Weber barbecue. You can play croquet on the lawn (there are games in the shed) There are 2 terraces, one under the roof and the other in the sun. There are 4 rooms with room for 8 people on good box mattresses. There is underfloor heating in the large bathroom, where there is a spa and sauna, as well as a shower. There are 2 hot water tanks, the large one for the hot tub and the smaller one for the kitchen. There is also a guest toilet where there is a washing machine. There's a crib, and a high chair too. In the living room there are 2 sofa groups, one for TV and the other for games (there are also different games for TV) There's also a nice foosball game. The house is 95 m2 Guest access The house may be used all over except for the shed in the carport, which is locked with a padlock. There is free parking in front of the house where there is plenty of space. Other things to note There's a key box next to the door, so it's easy to get in with a code.
