This bright and spacious, tiny house is your next home away from home! Located in Arizona Oasis Resort, with direct river access! Not only will you enjoy all the amenities of the home, you will also have access to all resort amenities- including a private riverfront beach, a heated pool and spa, boat launch, playgrounds, and more! The space This home is stylish and unique, featuring high ceilings, additional loft space, and a large front deck. On the main floor, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living space, a bedroom w/ a king size bed, and bright & fresh bathroom. Head upstairs to the cute & cozy loft for extra hang-out/sleep space with two queen-size beds. Pet Policy: $50 PER PET (two pet max). Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home. This resort home is detached on its own private lot. Homes are in close proximity to the beach, featuring 1000 feet of private riverfront access for resort guests. Feel free to request an early check in at noon or a late check out at 1pm for an additional $25. If we can, we are happy to extend your stay! Other things to note Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each guest group to ensure you have a safe experience. Arizona Oasis is a secure, gated community. You will be provided a gate code upon your arrival. Parking is limited. Please contact us if you plan to bring more than one vehicle, and we will do our best to accommodate additional vehicles and/or boats. :) Please note: The home has central AC; however, do not lower the AC below 72 degrees. The unit will freeze and you will be without air conditioning for up to 24 hours. No guests outside of the reservation will be allowed on the property. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if this policy is violated.
