Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away. The space We maintain a comfy, cozy, clean space for our guests to relax. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction. The space has two rooms both with queen size beds. and remote ceiling fans and lights. There is one bathroom with a standup shower, vanity and commode. The kitchen is furnished with a mini refrigerator and stove. Additional kitchen supplies available like air fryer, ice maker and toaster. The dinning is simple with regular size table and benches. The space is set up for couples, singles and small families. There is a private screened in deck for your pleasure. This is where past guests have enjoyed most. Seasonally we have an array of flowers and gardening projects so bird watching, and butterflies can be fun. There is also a possibility to catch a view of dolphins. (Calm waters and foggy mornings seem to be the best time to see them). Not to mention the beautiful skies that we get here. Guest access The guests with have two entrances, one in the front with padlock digital code and back sliding glass door with manual inside lock. Guests will have their own private screened in porch for their leisure access to grill outside of the porch along with trash bins for your convenience. Yard and garden area available for your relaxation and observation. Other things to note The guest house is private just attached to another house. The shanty is a few miles from Camp Lejeune so there may be sounds of Artillery, helicopters and planes.
