Very close to restaurants, shopping and other amenities, and only an approximately 5 minute drive to downtown! We are only 1.5 miles from I-80 and approximately a 5 minute drive to downtown. Driving is your best bet to get around. There are 3-4 off street parking spaces available in the driveway. Our curbs are steep! Please be mindful if parking on the side of the driveway without the black curb protector. Trucks and SUVs will be fine, but any sedan or car with low clearance should back in as to not scratch the bumper.
