The space The space With over 5,200 sq feet, the Lady Anne has plenty of room for your large group to spread out. Be prepared for all the charm and quirks of an old house. Here's what you can expect to find in the home: -UPSTAIRS & DOWNSTAIRS KITCHENS: fridge, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker & Keurig, pots/pans, dishware, glasses, and everything to make basic meals. **DOWNSTAIRS** -ENTRYWAY: large, open entryway with grand staircase and long bench -DINING ROOM: table & chairs (additional table leaf is available), buffet, pink reading chair -KITCHEN: fridge, sink, dishwasher, oven, island w/ stools, table with additional seating, dishware, pots/pans, dishware, etc. -LIVING ROOM: sectional & 2 chairs & Roku TV -BEDROOM: queen bed, dresser, nightstands, pink reading chair, opens into full bathroom -FULL BATHROOM: (accessible to hallway and bedroom) toilet, sink, shower -LAUNDRY ROOM: washer/dryer **UPSTAIRS** BEDROOM #1: king bed, dresser, chair, small tv, closet BEDROOM #2: queen bed + single daybed, dresser, closet BEDROOM #3: queen bed bed, built in closet, dresser, swivel chair, wall mount tv BEDROOM #4: full bed, vanity, wire shelving for hanging clothes and storage, small tv FULL BATHROOM: clawfoot tub, double sinks, toilet, shower KITCHEN: (see above) **3RD LEVEL** Open living area with TV & seating Ping Pong table Kids area Full bathroom Bedroom #6 w/ 2 twin beds -HISTORIC DETAILS: high ceilings, historic wood moldings, transom windows, clawfoot tub, hardwood floors, historic fireplace mantels in almost every room PARKING: We have street parking in front of the house and on the side street for 4-5 cars. EXTERIOR: large front porch with rockers LAUNDRY ROOM: there is a shared laundry room on the 1st level for guest use CLIMATE CONTROL: The temperature is controlled by ductless air/heat units throughout the home. Each comes with a remote so guests can adjust a room's temperature. Additional space heaters provided in the winter for extra coziness. CHECK IN: Guests check in with a personalized code anytime after 4pm GUEST HOUSE: Behind the home is a private guest house with a separate entrance. If you're interested in reserving the Cottage, please look for the "Cozy Cottage" under our additional listings. FIREPLACE: Sorry, fireplace use is not permitted. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home during their stay EXCEPT for the storage room at the back of the home marked "no guest access". The laundry room is shared with our cleaning staff and cottage guests. Their is a door between the laundry and main home that can be locked. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We require a signed rental agreement and a copy of your ID to finalize your reservation. This home was built in 1912. Although it was updated and has many modern conveniences, it maintains the character and originality of its time period (original flooring, high ceilings, plaster walls, etc.) The 1st floor radiators are operational and provide enough heat to keep the chill out of the walls and floors. Please use caution, especially with children, to not touch the protective covers or radiators. The thermostat is LOCKED and cannot be adjusted. There are mini splits in the main rooms for added heat during the winter to adjust to your comfort level. PLEASE NOTE: All the mini splits are connected and must be on the same setting-ALL heat or ALL air in order to work properly.
