Located in the heart of one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Mexico City, you’ll find an amazing place to spend your holidays, or simply to work from home while enjoying the city. You have walking distance to the best restaurants, nightlife, museums, coffee shops and city highlights. The apartment has 2,000 square feet of wooden floors, natural light all day long and three large bedrooms. One with a king size bed and private bathroom, another with a queen size bed and private bathroom and the third bedroom has two single beds. There also is another half bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have new comfy mattresses, fresh linens, blackout blinds and balconies. Since the apartment is on the fifth floor you will enjoy a nice view of the city. The place is very clean, which I’m sure you’ll appreciate. You can sit back and enjoy a movie in the living room. The huge kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy you breakfast or brunch in the center island and then a nice evening meal in the Mexican hacienda furniture with your travel mates. You can use the washer and dryer if needed. We do have high-speed Internet and a working area. At your arrival you will receive the apt key from the doorman and the code to enter the building. We will provide you with written information about the area: subway stations, bike rentals, banks, supermarkets and pharmacies. You may access all the rooms, use The elevator and stairs. The building has only 9 floors, just one apartment per floor and there is an elevator. (only 3 people in elevator please) The day of your arrival , the doorman or myself will check you in and hand in the key and code. We will provide you with written information about the area: subway stations, bike rentals, banks, supermarkets and pharmacies. You will have my number in case anything comes up, I live near by. “Condesa” is one of the best neighborhoods in the city with the best bars, clubs, restaurants and concerts. Its always a pleasure walking down the streets of “Nuevo Leon” which is 2 blocks away and finding nice quesadillas from “la marquesa” (blue corn) on the street. You are also walking distance to the parks: “parque méxico “and “parque españa”. It is very peaceful even though you are just a couple of blocks away from the restaurants, nightclubs and public transportation, you can arrive in metro, metrobus, bike etc. It is close to downtown and principal roads, 25 minutes from the airport.
