Conveniently located a mile from downtown Morganton, and within an hour from Asheville and just over an hour from Charlotte. The space The guesthouse is a cozy and comfortable space! There is adequate seating in the living room and outside! This guesthouse is a two bedroom, two bath unit. This listing is to rent one of the bedrooms. The bathroom is private. The other bedroom may also be occupied while you are there. But it may not be, which would mean you would have the entire guest house to yourself. Feel free to inquire to see if the other room is booked. Guest access You have access to the bedroom and bathroom you rented, the kitchen, living room and outdoor patio and deck. There is another bedroom in the guest house that may be rented to another guest.
