Relax on the spacious back deck beneath the shade of the fig tree and watch the sky melt into pinks and purples as the sun goes down. The space Our house is a beautiful 1920s English Tudor located in the foothills of Oakland in the historic Maxwell Park neighborhood. This is our beloved home that we rent out while traveling. You will have the entire house to yourself with the exception of our primary bedroom, which will house our personal items and will remain locked during your stay. Available for your enjoyment are two bedrooms with plush queen-size beds, a living room with a 65-inch flat screen TV, a Sonos sound system, and functional fireplace, a kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies, a charming office with a sloped roof, and a beautiful backyard deck furnished with lounge chairs, outdoor heater, and a BBQ for grilling. You are welcome to use our exercise equipment located in the downstairs bedroom (Peloton, weights, and yoga mats). Don't forget to enjoy a latte from the coffee truck that stops on the corner at 9:20 a.m. on Friday mornings.
